EL ABRAZO DE LAS AZUCENAS

Design inspired on the story of the Mothers of the disappeared during the Military Dictatorship in Argentina (1976-1983). This building is the “House of the Madres de Playa de Mayo – Linea Fundadora”, located in the Site of Memory at the Navy School of Mechanics (ESMA), which was a former clandestine centre of detention, torture and extermination during the Dictatorship. This mural was unveiled in March 2023 for the III International Forum on Human Rights.
